Celebration dining

A table for your finish-line stories

Make room for the exit, reunion and a shower before a fixed dinner reservation. A casual backup keeps the evening flexible.

Menu examples are not live quotes and exclude drinks, tax and tip. Shared dishes are labelled. Confirm prices, dietary needs and reservations with the venue.

Near-reunion casual choices first, followed by group meals and destination dinners.

Booking and dining notes

Plan for two versions of Sunday

Keep one nearby walk-in option for the exhausted version of the group and one reservation for the version that still wants a night out. The support crew can cancel or confirm while the runner is on the late miles.

Choose the neighborhood around the agreed reunion or hotel, not around the finish pin on a map. The controlled exit means the runner may emerge farther away and much later than spectators expect.

  • Confirm the restaurant can seat the group if the runner is late.
  • Avoid a plan that requires multiple stair-heavy subway transfers.
  • Let someone other than the runner manage the booking and messages.

Celebrate the finish, not the reservation time.
